Halloween Parade 2009

Here is Miss Hannah Montana (Kylie) as she is getting ready to parade through my classroom at school.

Another one of Hannah!
Here Zach is with his sitter Tammy watching the parade.
I was wearing a witch hat, so the funny look on his face is because I kept saying hi to him and he must of been thinking something like, "Who is THat?"
Miss Kylie on the parade route walking with one of her really good friends Jaide.

Spooky Reading Night

Last night I took the kids to the PTA Spooky Reading Night.
The reader was dressed up as one of the characters from Star Wars and she read some fun stories for the kids and had some great voices to go with it.
You can see Kylie in the bottom right corner of the picture in her bright blue wig.
Now the wig is starting to fall off.  It was actually a wig for an adult, but she wanted to wear it.
Zachary of course was more interested in finding a ball and trying to shoot it in the basketball hoop.  Luckily I stopped him in time as right under the basket was a table full of doughnuts and cups of applejuice.

Here the reader was trying to get the kids to dance to a halloween song.  Kylie didn't look too thrilled at this part.
Each of the kids at the story night was given a sword so they could fight off evil aliens. They made a vow that they could not hit their mothers, but that they could hit anyone else that they wanted.  Zach did not want to stand in front of the star wars characters.

Just Goofin!~

Here is a couple of pics from a while back.  The kids were just having fun with the camera.
Zach kept giving funny faces so we were trying to catch them.

Kylie's super cheese smile.

Cheese!
Oh what cuties I have!

18 months old

I can not believe that my little guy is 18 months old.
What a ride it has been.
And, YEA!  He is finally trying to start saying some words.  We can not understand everything that he says, but at least he is trying.

A much needed update!

I can not believe how long it has been since I last posted something on the blog.  What a total slacker I am.  I found these pictures of Kylie on the camera and decided I had better share.
This was the night that she danced at the North Summit Football game.  We thought we had missed it when we went to Brock and Blayr's reception, and she was so excited when she found out that she didn't miss it after all.
We had Zach all bundled up for the big night.  It actually started snowing while the girls were out dancing.
They all took their coats off just before they went out on the field, but you will notice that Kylie left her styling, and matching gloves on so that her hands would stay warm.

She really had a lot of fun and I am glad that she didn't have to miss the opportunity again this year.  Good Job Kylie, you were GREAT!
